LARSEN RANCH – Residential

Latent S.E.A. and Jeff Damron have been commissioned by Summit Development, Inc. and Larsen Ranch to conduct a strategic development assessment and a conceptual planning study regarding the real estate potential of several thousand acres of land located in Antelope Valley California near Lancaster. The Larsen Ranch was an active farming operation owned by the Larsen Family.

The Consultants have focused their efforts on organizing a mixed use concept on land with the best development opportunities. The current holdings are located on quadrants to the southwest, northeast and southeast of the intersection of Highway 138 (Avenue D) and 170^th Avenue and total some 2,000 acres with abundant water supply.
