United Aviation Exchange has selected AECOM/DMJM to assist them in developing a gaming / accommodations /entertainment destination project in Santiago Chile. The project is expected to benefit from the growing worldwide gaming and tourism markets and to expand the reach to new markets and capture market share from regional competitors.

KPMG conducted a limited market assessment of the future demand for a mixed-use world class destination development to be contained within a 2400-acre masterplan including a new University Campus, Technology Park, and the Pudahuel Tourist Center.  The Center will be located on approximately 700 acres and will be comprised of a 1,200 room Hotel and Casino, Themed Entertainment Center, Amphitheater, APEC Corporate Complex, Cultural Center, Chapel, Time-share Condominiums, Artificial Beach, Sports Center and Monorail.
