DEL REY OAKS – Strategic FORA Reuse Plan

For the past several years, the City has worked with residents, business leaders, and other interested groups to prepare a Reuse Plan that outlines a vision for redevelopment of the former 360 +/- acre Fort Ord military site.  The development opportunity includes a hotel with approximately 350 rooms, an 18-hole golf course/clubhouse, and other resort-related elements possibly including timeshare and fractional interest units, spa facilities, and retail development.  The Reuse Plan also permits the development of office space.
